Retrofitting Guide for Seamless Fit: Follow these steps to ensure a proper fit and measurement before installation:

Step 1: Measure the height between the floor and the top of the heater with one endcap and the front panel removed. Aim for a height of 7.5" or more. If the height is less, use Wall Brackets (WB001) to increase it by a minimum of 1.25".

Step 2: Measure the distance from the bottom of the heating element to the top of the heater. Ideally, this distance should be between 5" and 6.75". Use Wall Brackets (WB001) if the distance is less than 5". For distances greater than 6.75", opt for the Premium TALL profile.

Step 3: Measure the depth from the outside face of the finned tube heating element to the back plate. The objective is to have a depth of less than 3.25". If a larger commercial style element is in place, use a wood molding to solve the depth issue.

Step 4: Measure for length and layout. The Baseboarders Basic panels can be customized to fit your needs. Each endcap adds up to 1.75" in length. Measure from one end of desired coverage to the other and subtract 1" to determine the ideal panel length. For baseboard heaters longer than 6', use multiple panels and couplers to connect them.
