Our 36" 750mv thermopile package includes 3 packs, suitable for gas ovens, gas grills, gas boilers, gas water heaters, and pilot burners. It is compatible with Q313A 36" thermopile and can replace part numbers such as 60125501, 60J79, 60J7901, H5882, R942, R1054, and more.

The thermopile is made of high-quality copper material, ensuring durability and heat resistance. It has a working temperature of 700-750℃ and a resistance range of 1500 mΩ~4500 mΩ. It takes approximately 60 seconds to heat to 750mV, and the flame should heat the middle of the head sensor.

When using the thermopile, it is important to keep it heated in the 1/3 of the head location and avoid heating the back place to the heater brass sleeve. It should be heated for 1-2 minutes until it reaches at least 750mV. Do not remove it until it has been heated for around 2 minutes, and avoid bending it too hard to prevent short circuits and low voltage problems.
